The ProgressionLIVE mobile app allows your organization's dispatchers to assign tasks (service calls, maintenance, deliveries, pick-ups, purchase orders, and quotes) to your iPhone or iPad.

FEATURES
◘ Taking pictures of the work
Add a photo or attachment by importing it from your photo library or taking a photo instantly with your iPhone or iPad. You will be protected by keeping a proof of the works in image. The photos will be inserted into the work order (PDF).
◘ Signature of the client
Have the client sign directly to your iPhone or iPad as a work approval. He is then able to consult the work order and approve content. Your signature and your client’s signature are then transposed on the work order (PDF).
◘ Mobile billing
Speed up your billing process by adding products to the invoice on the spot and directly from your iPhone or iPad. Your products, such as workforce or specialized parts, will be selectable from your database.
◘ Barcode reader
Speed up the entry of your products in the invoice by scanning them with our barcode reader using your iPhone or iPad. Your barcodes are then linked to your product database and all you have to do is enter the desired quantity.
◘ Timesheet module
Manage your employees' timesheets by allowing them to enter their time entries manually or automatically. Validate the authenticity and validity of time entries effectively. You can also generate timesheet reports.
◘ Geolocation and GPS tracking
Geocoding your tasks and customers with Google Maps. In addition, you can GPS track your employees in near real time. Our Map module allows you to geolocate your tasks, equipments and human resources.
◘ PDF sent to the client
Once the work order completed by your employee and approved by the customer, our solution allows the sending of the work order to the client by email in PDF format. This will include customer information, invoice, signatures, photos and technician notes.
◘ SMS "on the road"
When your employee changes the status of a task for "on the road," our system allows you to send an SMS text message notifying your customer that your employee is on the road to execute their task. The message is configurable and customizable to your business.
◘ Integration with an accounting software
ProgressionLIVE easily integrates with Acomba, AcombaX, Sage50 and Quickbooks Online accounting software to speed up your billing process. Synchronization of your customers, products, product categories and taxes is done in one click. It is also possible to convert your completed ProgressionLIVE tasks into an invoice in Quickbooks Online and import quotes.
