The app informs the user about the operating status, the currently available charging power and the charged energy of the wall-mounted charging station.
In addition, the app can be used to control the ongoing charging process. With the help of numerous configuration options, the user can adjust the wall-mounted charging station to its personal needs.
The MENNEKES Charge app can only be used in combination with the wallboxes AMTRON® Xtra and Premium.

The app is developed for BYD Battery-Box Premium installers or customers to configure the product before it operates.
1. You can read the real-time events and historical events of the product;
2. You can upload diagnosis information of the product to BYD server with one-click for the reference of BYD After-Sales Service;
3. You can read the Service Guideline and visit the Battery-Box website in the APP;
4. You’ll receive the firmware updates and other notifications from BYD;
5. New UI design.
