The Blue Shield of California app provides BSC and BSC Promise members enhanced 24/7 service and ease-of-access to the information that matters most. As a member of Blue Shield of California or Blue Shield Promise, with our app you can: • View your personalized dashboard • Search for doctors and facilities, by doctor specialty, by location, and/or by name • Display and share your Blue Shield of California ID card • Track the current status of your plan usage, including deductibles and copayments • Review your claims, and track the progress of new claims from outset to finalization • Submit out-of-network claims • Pay your monthly premiums • Review your health care team, including your doctors’ credentials, locations and contact information • See your health insurance plan information, including important documents like your plan summary and Evidence of Coverage (EOC) • Review family members on your plan and see their personal information • View your benefits, including information on custom benefits, general exclusions and benefit maximums • Learn about our benefit discount programs, like dental, vision and pharmacy • Find urgent care • Quickly access your member information without having to type in your username password. Touch ID is now available for members using compatible devices. Find a Doctor  Find the doctor who can treat your medical needs based on specialty, condition or location, or just search by their name. Location Information  Get directions to the nearest Cedars-Sinai urgent care, hospital or medical office. Looking for a bite to eat at the hospital? The app can help with that, too. Urgent Care Save My Spot With Save My Spot, simply choose the location and time you want to come to an urgent care. Saving your spot in line helps minimize your wait time upon arrival. If the Save My Spot times are taken for the day, you can still walk in and be seen during business hours. (Note: Please be aware that clinical needs are evaluated on a walk-in basis, so your reserved spot in line may change depending on the urgent medical severity of others. Wait times listed online are estimates and subject to change.) Apple Health Connectivity  Using your My CS-Link account, you can download your medical record to Apple Health and take it with you wherever you go. When you connect your My CS-Link account to Apple Health, you can add information to your medical record like steps, blood pleasure, glucose levels and BMI. Walking Directions  Getting around the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center just got easier. Our new Walking Directions feature allows you to get turn-by-turn directions to nearly 400 points of interest. You can also mark your parking spot. Schedule an Appointment Our updated appointment scheduling just got easier. With My CS-Link, you can schedule an appointment with a provider you’ve seen before.
