The easy FodMap app! With this app you can easily and quickly search for ingredients that you are allowed to eat within the FodMap diet. Ideal for when shopping! FodMap is a diet for people with intestinal or stomach problems. The app contains hundreds of ingredients, neatly arranged by FodMap content and food category. Are you in the store and are you unsure whether, for example, wheat starch is allowed? Then type 'wheat' or 'flour' in the search bar and you will immediately see whether the ingredient is allowed thanks to clear colours. Are you looking for ingredients that you are always allowed to eat? Then choose FodMap content 'Low'. Or choose, for example, the food category 'Fruit'. You can also add new ingredients to the list or adjust them to your own preferences. For example, have you eaten something from the 'orange' category and can you tolerate it well? Then you adjust the category to 'green' yourself. Or you can choose to mark the ingredient as a Favorite. Search, consult lists and personalize in a simple, fast way!
