We offer creative, mindful, and heart-felt yoga in various styles ranging from Power Vinyasa to Yin. We believe yoga is not only a practice on the mat, but a way of life. Our goal is to honor the traditional teachings of yoga in a modern and approachable way, while encouraging our students to live with the same intention they have on the mat, off the mat. Each class is set to a curated playlist, linking breath to movement and allowing each student to cultivate a deep sense of connection between mind, body, and heart. Each teacher offers their own unique approach, weaving in a unique intention, or focus, throughout class. Creativity and authenticity are encouraged. Our vibe is open, friendly, and positive. Our goal is for each student to be met exactly as they are, whether they are just starting their yoga journey, or are seasoned in their practice.
