Anxiety Tracker & Log allows you to track your anxiety over time using check ins when you are feeling anxious. You can record a moment of low, moderate or high anxiety along with the associated triggers and symptoms you are experiencing. You can add a note for extra context. You can add as many check ins each day as necessary and then view the stats to see a breakdown of your overall anxiety level across the selected time period. You can also view a breakdown by number and percentage of your recorded anxiety levels to allow you to see what kind of anxiety you are experiencing in general.
The main functionality of recording anxiety and viewing basic stats are free. The pro version of the app offers
