Our small fitness studio’s classes, located just outside of Washington, DC, in Old Town Alexandria, Virginia, gained a cult-following when we brought our workouts online in the summer of 2020. With over a decade of fitness experience, Natalie Strahorn and her team of dedicated, elite fitness instructors, bring non-stop, low-impact, high-intensity movement to every class, with a variety of class programming for an overall well-rounded fitness experience. We believe your body needs change to see change. Our diverse class offerings at the MVMNT Society - Bounce, Bosu, Sculpt, TRX and More - are designed to stave off plateaus, both mentally and physically, and complement each other for maximum benefits. Designed by women for women, and suitable for all fitness levels. Classes are musically driven, FUN yet challenging, with constantly evolving choreography.
