And it has 100+ solutions or techniques for a quick relief. These techniques include breathing exercises, yoga postures, stretching exercises, affirmations, journal prompts & healing activities. It also provides anxiety relief games that can help you become more mindful.
Stress is generally of 2 types - physiological and emotional. Both affect your body vitals such as heart rate & HRV. If you are doing a physical activity and your heart rate goes beyond a threshold limit, it is termed as physiological stress. On the other hand, if you are just working on your computer in a very relaxed position & your heart rate goes beyond a threshold limit, it can be termed as an emotional stress. Our backend learning models will improve its algorithms based on your past data inputs in our app. Elevated heart rate levels at a relaxed position can also be helpful in predicting an incoming hypertension or a panic attack.

Stress Monitor | Watch App is free to download. Should you choose to upgrade to premium, we offer monthly and annual auto-renewing subscription options. Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period. Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal turned off in Account Settings in iTunes after purchase. Once purchased, refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term.
