Welcome to IN SIX, by Arran Aro. My brand-new app, which gives you all the blueprints that I have used for years as in my own training to gain both the physique and strength I have. All these programs have then been used for coaching others to reach their own goals. IN SIX programs have been designed for beginners as well as experienced gym goers. – if you want to transform or hit a fitness goal, this app is perfect for you. My IN SIX workout programs are built in 6-week stages, giving you key milestones to achieve your goals. Follow the blueprint and you will see changes within six weeks. I've used my ten years of experience to create workout programs that will transform your body. We all know that you can go to the gym for years but not see any change. My IN SIX programs are easy to follow and will massively speed up your results. There’s no guesswork, you simply follow my blueprint for success. Workout programs My IN SIX app allows you to easily navigate through your daily workouts. You can easily repeat a day or complete a different day depending on your needs or circumstances. I take you through each exercise with a video and instructions on how to perform the exercise, the desired reps/weights and rest. Record your reps/weights in the app – no more need for paper and a pen to track your progress! Each week builds on the previous week, allowing you to hit your goals. I have also built a module where you can create your own workout by choosing from hundreds of exercises in the library, filtered by specific body focus: “IN SIX MY WAY” Nutrition and macro-calculator I have built a macro-calculator within the app which personalises your meal plans to your goal. This can be adjusted at any stage throughout your journey, as your weight increases or decreases. The macro-calculator links through to personalise your meal plans and shopping list (within about 200 kcals) You can choose from regular, vegetarian, pescatarian and vegan options. There are over 500 tasty, enjoyable recipes and I’m adding new ones constantly. Within the app you can swap out a meal if you don’t like it and save your favourites!
