A Field Guide to the Pharaohs of Egypt! Pharaohs of Egypt tells the stories of all the known kings of ancient Egypt. It is especially designed to be useful on field trips to a museum or even along the River Nile! Egyptian artifacts and buildings are full of inscriptions of Kings and their political and religious messages written in hieroglyphs. The kings' names are written inside symbolic circles of rope called cartouches. This App is especially useful for identifying the Pharaoh from the cartouches written on a wall or a statue, or even a papyrus scroll.
