Struggle to use your phone less? You should try Phone Break! Unlike "Screen Time", which limits apps, Phone Break encourages you to put physical distance between you and your device. Physical distance is achieved by plugging in your phone and walking away. You can set goals that fit your schedule. Here are a few example use cases: • From 5:30 - 7:30 in the evening, as a parent, I want to leave my phone on the charger in the kitchen for at least 1 hour. This ensures that my time with the kids is more focused on them. • From 8:00 - 8:45 in the morning I want to leave my phone on the charger by my bed for 30 minutes, so that my breakfast at the kitchen table is spent doing something other than scrolling through social media. • For the first 2 hours after my lunch break I want to leave my phone on the charger across the room for at least 1 hour, so I can focus on being productive. • At least 1 hour each evening I want to leave my phone on the charger downstairs so I can read a good book instead of scrolling.
