PANDA is Public Access Northern Dutchess Area, a video service for the towns and villages of Rhinebeck,Red Hook and Tivoli. PANDA records and airs all town council and village trustee board meetings. We showmeetings of other municipal and schools boards that choose to record and air their meetings, as well asmany community events. “Public Access” means that any resident or organization in our service area canmake and submit programs to air on PANDA’s cable channel and streaming service. We offer a CommunityBulletin Board of local events and notices at www.pandatv.org.
