So make sure you are crystal clear on what you want to achieve. Step 2 - Break it down into small specific actions (tasks) Once you are clear what you want to accomplish, it is very important to break down that idea into very small and very specific tasks with a target due date. If necessary, tasks can be broken down even further, into subtasks. Step 3 - Concentrate on a task Once you have a list of tasks, next important step is to start working on a specific single task. The key phrase here is start working. Even if you are not sure that you have the full list, or not very clear how to solve it, start doing something.
