HB-Therm e-cockpit 與 KM Smart Assist 使用情況與統計
"HB-Therm e-cockpit" is an app for smartphones and tablets that offers local access via Bluetooth and WiFi to the HB-Therm interface servers Gate-6 and the Thermo-6 temperature control units connected to it.
The following functions can be used with the "HB-Therm e-cockpit" app:
- Scanner for the HB-Therm specific QR codes on the unit
- Create and send analysis data at the touch of a button to the HB-Therm portal "ticket"
- Create support tickets
- Access to “Remote Support”, giving an HB-Therm distributors direct access to the unit if necessary via a connection that is secured to the highest standards.
- “Remote Access” of the user to a Thermo-6 from another company location via a fully secured connection
- “Remote Control”, which provides secure access to a Thermo-6 via tablet or smartphone
- Secure access to unit-specific data such as spare parts lists and test certificates
- Registration of exchanged spare parts
