myHeartScore 與 NowZone® 使用情況與統計

MyHeartScore App leverages the electrocardiogram technology of your Apple Watch to provide additional insights into your cardiovascular health. An electrocardiogram (ECG) measures the heart's electrical activity, holding information about the heart rhythms and potential irregularities or abnormalities. The main feature of myHeartScore App is to provide a health score computed using ECG recordings and some additional data. MyHeartScore is designed with the following properties: • Easy-to-understand: myHeartScore is easy to understand with a well-defined scale between 0 to 100 and clear ranges of rating from low, mild, moderate, to severe. • Comparable: You can compare your score with other users of the same age, sex, and similar conditions anonymously. • Explainable: After the score is computed, you can identify which ECG features contribute to a lower or higher score. MyHeartScore App extends the original Health app reporting more interesting details about your ECG recordings: • Heart Rate Variability, also known as HRV, indicates variations in heartbeat intervals. • Cycle Template summarizes the general shape of your heartbeat in a single cycle. You can also inspect all heartbeats at once to spot their differences. • MyHeartScore identifies the most relevant waves of the ECG cycle (the PQRST complex) and marks their average positions in the cycle template. Besides, you can monitor your current status, weekly, monthly, and yearly progression, and trends related to your previous scores. The app automatically highlights the most important ECG recordings according to their scores and AFib events. MyHeartScore App also supports creating multiple profiles. Thus, you can track the ECGs and scores of your loved ones, even if they don't have their own Apple Watch. Notes: • MyHeartScore and the data provided in this app are for reference purposes only and are not equivalent to any medical evaluations or diagnoses. If you feel unwell or believe you have symptoms, please seek advice from a professional doctor. • Users must have an Apple Watch with the ECG app paired to their iPhone to use the myHeartScore app. If you are not sure if your Apple Watch has the ECG app, please visit the official support website (https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT208955).
