Dette er apputgaven av den fysiske Åndelige sanger og salmer boken. Boken er utgitt av den Læstadianske Menighet og redigert av en komité fra forsamlingen i Alta i 1988. Sangene i denne bok er hovedsakelig sanger fra den gamle Åndelige sangbok, utgitt av den Læstadianske forsamling. I tillegg har vi tatt med sanger fra ett hefte utgitt av Arthur Hansen. De fleste av sangene i dette heftet er oversatt fra finsk. I boken er det også tatt med noen sanger som tidligere ikke har vært med i den Åndelige sangbok. For de fleste sanger har vi oppført melodier slik de er oppført i melodibøker. Måtte Gud gi sin velsignelse så denne sangbok kan bli til glede og velsignelse for alle som bruker den.
