Get in Balance provides a collection of Optokinetic (OPK) and other tools designed to be used for Vestibular Rehabilitation, and in particular for treatments for conditions such as Visual Vertigo (VV) and PPPD (Persistent Postural-Perceptual Dizziness). It is essential these tools be used under the guidance of a Physiotherapist specialising in Vestibular Rehabilitation, and could be harmful rather than helpful if used incorrectly. The application provides Horizontal and Vertical Optokinetic patterns (OPKs), Spinning Wheels and Letter Puzzles.
