The My-Happy-Mind app is a tool for making our emotions healthy & positive. The key to our happiness is in our own hands. Happiness does not just happen. We have to make it happen. Happiness & unhappiness are two ends of the spectrum of our emotions. The APP is a tool for a healthy lifestyle that can move our emotions toward healthier states with daily practice.
