Better documentation is a browser extension that lets users rewrite clearer steps or add notes, on any website in a controlled and responsible way with the ability to share their edits and notes with the community.
Contribute and Access Community Edits & Notes
Contribute to the community by adding edits directly on the page. Help out your fellow developer based on what you’ve learned from the pitfalls of the bad documentation. Each edit/note displays the user who contributed the edit along with their Stack Overflow’s reputation so the user can discern which edits/notes to consider.
Private Edits & Notes Locally or Across Computers
Save personal edits and notes on your local computer or across any computer where the this browser extension is installed. Whenever you return to that webpage, all your edits and notes are displayed immediately on the website.

Hylinker is a browser extension that helps you annotate webpages and connect them with bi-directional links.
What you can do with Hylinker:
- Annotate, collect text and images from web pages.
- Take timestamped notes and save screenshots while watching videos.
- (iPad) Take Zettelkasten/card-file notes. To open this interface, click "Hylinker" in a new tab.
- Organize annotations and notes with hyperlinks.
- Sync annotations to OneNote/Notion, linking the annotations and the notes in OneNote/Notion.
