Orthopedic Classification App for ios is an application designed for orthopedic residents, specialists and medical students interested in the study of orthopedic surgery and the classification of fractures and orthopedic diseases. This application calculates TBSS (Traumatic Bleeding Severity Score). TBSS is a scoring system that quickly predicts the need for massive transfusion in severely injured patients. the TBSS is calculated using only five clinical variables: the patient's age, systolic blood pressure, results from the focused assessment with sonography for trauma scan (FAST), the presence or severity of a pelvic fracture, and serum lactate levels . In Japan, it has shown high accuracy through both internal and external validations.
