Heartfulness Institute has been actively involved in helping the community at large. We have touched the lives of millions through distribution of a million plus masks, million plus meals, counselling services though the “Voice That Cares” helpline, providing equipment to NGO and government bodies, volunteers providing care and services to shelter and elderly homes being amongst the several ongoing initiatives. Heartfulness Institute is launching an App called Nasha Mukti by Heartfulness, which provides simple Heartfulness practices help you learn to live without drugs and alcohol. The methods presented in this app will contribute toward recovery from alcohol and drug addiction, however they are not a replacement for professional treatment approved by healthcare authorities.
