Your input in the app will be monitored by your team at the clinic so that we can help you achieve the best results possible. EASIER THAN EVER PAPERWORK Every time you open Wellness Matters, you’ll be prompted to answer a short series of questions. These questions are directly connected to your patient chart, so answering these in-app questions means your paperwork is complete! BETTER RESULTS Improve treatment results by engaging with the Wellness Matters app at least once a week. Your wellness team, including your provider, will see your input and can adjust your treatment accordingly.
