iAspire is software that serves as your teacher evaluation, professional development, and culture assistant. iAspire will run your teacher observation processes, allow your staff to enroll in professional development, and even help you build a stronger school culture. TEACHER OBSERVATIONS AND EVALUATIONS Save precious time and energy by using teacher evaluation software. Provide immediate feedback to your teachers, collect data over time, and make data-informed decisions. iAspire allows you to take pictures and videos in the classroom to use as artifacts. Teachers can also upload artifacts as evidence. Do you have observations forms you need to use? With iAspire, you will have access to your own customized teacher observation, walkthrough, and evaluation forms. If you don’t have your own forms, you can use the iAspire observation and evaluation forms created from synthesizing expert models such as those from Charlotte Danielson, Robert Marzano, Stronge and Associates, McREL, Marshall, 5Ds, and others. iAspire can even drive your process and make sure your observations are completed on time throughout the school year. PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT Provide the coaching and professional development your teachers want, whenever it's most convenient for them. iAspire Coaching Experiences typically last between three to five weeks and use micro-learning experiences that are research- and evidence-based to build your staff’s performance over time. Once your staff members enrolls in coaching, bite-sized interactions, including coaching content, impactful videos, self reflections, and even activity plans, are automatically sent for your staff to engage with whenever it's most convenient for them.
