This App features 40 minutes of high level information from Professor Roy Harris, a fourth degree black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and the instructor of Roy Dean. The seminar topic is how to create and use pressure in the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu game. Professor Harris was inspired to explore this realm after his training with Rickson Gracie, who felt remarkably different from the other Gracie family members because of his mastery of pressure, and because of the pressure he felt from Rigan Machado and Joe Moreira.
