Tijd is a simple application that displays the time, in fullscreen, and in any orientation. What Tijd does differently than other, similar applications is that it displays the time in a font that completely fills the screen. You can also easily set the brightness and contrast of the screen, just by swiping your finger.
Tijd was created out of necessity for people who have bad eyesight. Other clock applications display the time centered in the screen, and they waste 20-30% or more of the screen real estate that could have the time in it.
The time fills the screen in it's current orientation, every last inch, so that even without glasses you can clearly see the time at night. Designed with a low light profile so that it doesn't disturb your rest, Tijd has a place beside everyone's bed. For now, Tijd is ad supported. Coming soon is an option to remove them.

Spiffy Clock puts the time and date front and center! It has 13 built-in colors that can be displayed as the background or as the text. Choose from numerous settings exactly how you want the time and date and day of the week displayed. When the color choice is for the background, the color will automatically change for light mode and dark mode (provided your iOS version supports system-wide dark mode). Works in both portrait and landscape mode.
A useful night mode for use with dark mode allows you to display dark text in dark mode.
Color choices are:

—Brown

—White
—System
You can choose to display the background as a color gradient.
Time and date settings are:
—Show/hide seconds
—Use 24 hour/12 hour time
—Show date
—Show day of the week
—Use numerical date
You can also hide the status bar if you want.
This app is a great compliment to the desktop app Clock Suite. Similar colors are used, so there is a consistent look and feel across your devices.
