ON-DEMAND + LIVE WORKOUTS–With a Monthly or Annual Subscription (purchased in-app), you gain access to our On-Demand Workout Library. Live Workouts happen most weeks and can be accessed for free once you create your profile. VARIETY–Find a variety of workouts to help you with your healthy habit journey, including cycling, walking, running, no-equipment cardio, and strength-based classes. Our workout classes are available on your iPhone or iPad and can be streamed to your computer or cast to your smart TV. There is a 7-day Free Trial to the On-Demand Workout Library before you are charged for your Monthly or Annual Subscription. The subscription will automatically renew at the applicable price and frequency unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. You will continue to have access for the remainder of the current subscription period.
