The photos and videos are stored with the repair order and can be referenced at any time. Certified Service Mobile Toolbox (CSMT) is a mobile tool for General Motors Dealer Service personnel. Within it you can: • Pre-authorize specific warrantable repairs (PRA) • Use photos to improve efficiency of the Part Return Process (PPR) • Send part information for traceability (RPT) • Submit detailed Field Product Reports (FPR) • Lookup and view recalls on vehicles (Recall) • Access the Service Workbench All modules have the ability to include embedded images and video of the vehicle in question.
