If the phone should be used only as a wireless scanner and no require additional information (for example, quantity or something else), then only the Barcode field can be located on the "Input Form". If you need to turn a smartphone into a real data collection terminal with the introduction of all the necessary information, then you can first prepare the appropriate "Input Form" and then select it from the available list when "Scanning to a computer" or "Scanning to a file".
