The database is designed to provide guidance with exercises to help achieve your training goals. The App includes the ability to set custom reminders so you can be notified when it is time to train or fill out your logs. Refer to the Help section in the right side menu for full details on all the features in the App. Any bugs or errors can be reported via the support form in the "Help" section.
