The Full Charge app is designed to make the coaching profession more transformational than transactional. What began as a desire to be proactive in the mental and physical well being of the student athlete and teach life lessons that transcend the court or playing field has morphed into a full service organizational platform to monitor the mind, body and spirit of the student-athletes. Key features: 1) The ability to be proactive in the mental and physical wellness of the student-athlete. 2) Teaching life lessons on physical, spiritual, and mental wellness. Athletics are much more than just a game 3) The opportunity to meet student-athletes where they are and adjust practices depending on the overall team wellness based on the survey results. 4) Helping the coaching staff become far more transformational in their coaching. They get to know their players on a much different level. The app allows for more open lines of communication.
