The Overskudd app collects motion and heart rate variability (HRV) data from different sources and provides detailed insight you can use to enhance health, performance, and quality of life. Our users are athletes, patients, and corporations than are critically dependent on accurate data and analysis. Patients with fatigue and many of the world's best endurance athletes use Overskudd for an accurate balance of stress, sleep, and recovery.
Data can be collected with the finger on the lens (iPhone 6 and later). The app can also be used with our accurate device for accurate continuous measurements, with qualified Bluetooth heart rate belts/bands as well as qualified ECG devices. Data from Apple health can be integrated.
Overskudd data is integrated with the Norwegian Helsenett, so Overskudd data can be securely shared with your physician.
Overskudd is used in research projects in Europe and in the USA.
Note that the Overskudd app and certain features are available only in selected countries.
