Ukraine Watch provides users with real-time notifications of attacks launched against civilian/IDP targets in Ukraine. Classifying them by type of attack and providing greater context, this application seeks to help people outside Ukraine understand the level of near perpetual danger people in Ukraine currently experience daily.
