Week 4
● Much of your anxiety is caused by the people you meet regularly. Discover how the drama triangle shapes your life (awareness)
● Count the abusers and rescuers in your life and discover how to manage them (control, self-protection)
● How do you get out of the victim role, stop being everyone's doormat? (personal power, confidence, control)
● Discover and practice to stop feeding your anxiety, and stop beating yourself up (power, warmth)
