Choose how you Move and select from a wide range of fitness programs, pick a fitness level tailored to your abilities, and choose a location where you feel comfortable and confident. Starting a fitness journey can be intimidating, and we want to make that easy for you. Whether you choose a quick workout from home or have time to go to the gym, our app has it all. Empower others by adding friends and sharing your progress! Our app is designed to create a fitness community that you can take with you on the go. If you can’t Move with your friends in person, you can follow along and be there every step of the way by tracking their progress and achievements in one easy-to-use app. Features Programs Move includes over 25 fitness programs to choose from that align with your individual fitness goals. Follow along with REAL videos of our fitness professionals and become confident in your workouts. Our calendar auto-populates the fitness schedule for whatever program you choose so you never have to miss a workout. Move with Friends Build yourself a fitness community, follow and message your friends, and track their progress using our Move with Friends feature. We believe that empowering others to be successful and hit their personal goals will create accountability and promote success together. Achievements and Streaks Track your progress by earning rewards for every step of the way and show off your achievements on your profile page. See a real time workout counter that updates every time you complete an exercise and challenge yourself to check off your Habits within 24 hours to keep your Habit Tracker streak! Habit Tracker Our Habit Tracker lets you create and track any personalized habits (Go for a run, Wake up early, Workout 3 times this week, etc.) and check them off each day. Add as many as you want and track how often you can hit your goals. Subscriptions Move is happy to offer subscription options that fit your needs. With 4 different options, you can plan your fitness journey one month at a time, or commit to making a change for a discounted price! Try the program for free for 7 days and see how easy it is to Move! Subscriptions will be charged to your credit card. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You may manage your subscriptions and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings after the purchase. After purchase, refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term. By downloading and subscribing, you agree to our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions. Health App Integration Move integrates with the Health app to display accurate steps number, heart rate, walking distances, and sleep information. Your health stats are not shared with anyone.
