The Grind MPLS is a premium indoor cycle, sculpt, and stretch studio located in the heart of the North Loop neighborhood in Minneapolis, MN. Having two studios in their space allows for a strong focus on endurance, strength, and flexibility training in a group setting. Some of the classes will have added infrared heaters to deepen one's fitness levels and goals in a natural setting.
