Additionally, Hailo Caregiver allows caregivers to find work that matches their skills and interests, and gives them the freedom to choose the jobs they want to take on. Safety is a top priority for our platform. Before caregivers are allowed to start working on our app, they go through a comprehensive background check to ensure that they are trustworthy and reliable. This helps to ensure the safety of both the caregivers and the clients they work with. Caregivers have the option to work on either a long term or instant basis. Long term work involves traditional caregiver responsibilities such as providing daily care for a client. Instant work allows caregivers to perform small tasks whenever they have free time, such as grocery shopping or running errands.
