YOGA
Work through a series of physical postures whilst strengthening your mental practice, through breath control and meditation.
PILATES
Improve flexibility, build strength and develop full-body control and endurance through low-impact, dynamic mat-based movements.
BARRE
Create foundations of a strong, healthy physique by targeting and isolating small muscle groups, using low weights and high repetitions inspired by ballet and pilates.
BOXING
Perfect the fundamentals of boxing, improve cardiovascular and muscular endurance and develop speed, power, technique and accuracy with boxing.
HIGH-INTENSITY HIIT
Increase cardiovascular and muscular endurance by combining short intervals of working out at maximum output, with short rest periods of lower intensity.
STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING
Improve your mobility, core stability and endurance, and prevent injury by focusing on a range of movements, including speed, agility and plyometrics (maximal effort explosive training, typically leaving the ground).
RESTORATIVE MOVEMENT
Find full body awareness and practice mindfulness, whilst reducing your stress levels and increasing your energy levels.
CALISTHENICS
Master and control your own body with a range of exercises designed to build strength, conditioning and endurance with minimal equipment. Expect pull-ups and dips.
MOBILITY
Use bodyweight exercises to create the foundations of a sustainable working body and achieve progression in expertly designed classes focused on strength and flexibility in equal measure.
