How does Go Glades work?
Start by downloading the Palm Tran Go Glades app, then create an account using your name, phone number and email address. Confirm your location and input your destination to see the ride options. Then, book your ride and track it in real time.

The Palm Tran Connection app is for reserving door-to-door trips up to three days in advance, checking on live trip status, canceling trips on the same day or future booked trips, checking eligibility status, updating contact information, or adding compliments or complaints.
The door-to-door service is for pre-approved users in Palm Beach County, Florida. For Eligibility questions, you may call 561-649-9838 Option 7. Applications are not available on the web. To become eligible for the service, the applicant must have a cognitive or mobility limitation that prevents the individual from using the accessible City Buses.
