FieldDesk Lite is a field technician productivity application designed to be used with the Mobilogic FieldOPS office productivity suite. This application allows field technicians to receive and accept their assignments, initiate turn by turn travel instructions, view customer and work order details, submit status updates available in real time to office personnel and upload photos and attachments for customer, work order, and equipment records. FieldDesk Lite is designed to enhance the job efficiency of field technicians while also enhancing back office automation.

Designed to work with only the 21.04 version of GlobalEdge, this application includes new functionality for XOi Integration. The new functionality includes Deeplink Integration to the XOi Mobile App. The tech is able to keep an XOi job open across multiple days.
