Auto Self Transcending meditation practice involves innocently thinking a mantra, a sound without meaning & falls into the Auto Self-Transcending meditation category and is best described as a dynamical process with alternating sub-stages of Transcendental Consciousness and physiological Normalization or Stress Release. How do I know if my meditation practice is a Mantra based Auto Self Transcending Technique? There are two main characteristics of a Mantra based Auto Self Transcending Technique. 1. The use of a Mantra - The technique asks you to think or repeat a mantra “a sound without meaning” mentally and then going back to it when it is forgotten. The mantra that was given to you is meant to be special and was specifically designed to help you transcend within. You are asked to keep it sacred, not share it with anyone or even speak out loud. 2. The experience must be Effortless - Auto Self Transcending means experiencing the thinking of the mantra in a way where the mantra becomes increasingly secondary in experience & ultimately dissolving into an experience where pure self-awareness becomes primary. The process of Transcending is an automatic & effortless process, conducted by the natural tendency of the mind to move inward. The Meditation Time features the current time, the time when the meditation will be over and a count down with the time remaining. This screen is fully customizable to your liking. You can hide the components that you don't need and make the current time or a count down the main element on the screen. You can also pick between a black background or a darkened cloudy sky. Bliss More also lets you keep track of your mood before and after meditation and the satisfaction level of your meditation practice. And displays a summary in the Statistics page.
