Log on with your Danish NemID or MitID. The Danish Digital Post app gives you an overview of your Digital Post from Danish authorities and allows you to contact the authorities from your mobile phone and tablet. IN THE APP YOU CAN: - read post from Danish public authorities - write a message to the Danish authority you want to contact - reply to messages where applicable - forward your post to other people, businesses or authorities. You can also organise your Digital Post into folders and mark messages with flags. SWITCH TO OTHER MAILBOXES - You can read Digital Post for others if you have reading access to someone else's Digital Post. - You can read your company’s or association’s Digital Post if you log in with your private NemID or MitID. REMEMBER YOUR APPOINTMENTS WITH DANISH PUBLIC AUTHORITIES If a message contains an important appointment you need to remember, you can save it in your calendar on your mobile phone or tablet. The Digital Post app only contains post from public authorities and institutions. This means you can't see post from businesses, like your bank or insurance company. You can block the Digital Post app via Digital Post on borger.dk if you lose your mobile phone. The Digital Post app has been developed by the Danish Agency for Digital Government.

It’s free to use and all you need is a MitID. • You can handle the digital post you receive or send, intuitively and easily. • You can read, answer, and act on important messages from both public and private senders. • Safely and securely, you can pay with e.g., MobilePay or a bank payment. mit.dk will help you to complete payments in due time, and it’s simple to sign up for Betalingsservice. • Documents, contracts, or agreements are signed with your MitID directly on the document you have received in mit.dk. • When you need to share sensitive information and documents, you can do so from mit.dk, securely and with no hassle. • Use your protected mit.dk profile as your access card. Without logging in again, you can access various self-service options and websites of the companies and public authorities that uses mit.dk. You only need to log into mit.dk once. The first time you use mit.dk you simply need to sign up with your MitID and fill out a few details. Afterwards, you can quickly and securely log into the app by using facial recognition, fingerprint, or a pin code of your choice. You decide how mit.dk notifies you about new messages. You can receive a push notification on your mobile device, an e-mail, or a text message sent to your phone. You will also be notified if you must act on an important request.
