Die WEB-Stundenerfassung ist die ideale Ergänzung zum Lohnprogramm der Firma RATIOsoftware GmbH & Co. KG.
Mit dieser mobilen Arbeitszeiterfassung können Busfahrer Ihre geleisteten Arbeitsstunden eines Einsatzes bequem von unterwegs aufzeichnen. Ebenfalls ist eine Stundenerfassung ohne Einsatz möglich, falls ein Mitarbeiter beispielsweise im Werkstattdienst tätig ist.
Die Fahrer können wahlweise in einer Monats- oder Tagesansicht alle gespeicherten Stunden einsehen und kontrollieren. So kann sichergestellt werden, dass keine Stunden vergessen wurden.
Automatisch importierte Lohnstunden können vom Fahrer geprüft und gegebenenfalls korrigiert werden. Eine Auswahl an Statusoptionen zeigt auf einen Blick immer den aktuellen Stand des Eintrags an.
Über einen extra Aufruf „Monatsauswertung“ kann ein anpassbares Formular aufgerufen werden, das alle erfassten Daten in Ihrem Wunschlayout aufbereitet und darstellt. Hier ist ein fertig ausgefüllter Stundenzettel ebenso denkbar, wie ein Einsatzbericht oder eine Stundenlohnberechnung.
