An app with workout videos and recipes by Workout Pedersen, where membership gives access to all video material via in-app purchase. The videos are created and performed by Workout Pedersen, covering full-body workouts. Workouts for booty, core-abs, upper body, etc. In the training sessions, body weight, dumbbells, resistance bands, or everyday items like a pillow, towel, or chair are used. There are short/long workout sessions that can be done daily or multiple times a week.
