Stroke Navigator 與 NIHSS Records 使用情況與統計

With growing complexity in deciding on stroke treatment, there is a need for automated system. To be used by physicians to recheck their own treatment decisions. This was the idea behind this app. In a wizard-like approach, it will guide physician to the next step. What imaging will need to be done, at the end it will give you suggestions if patient is a tPA or thrombectomy candidate and more importantly it will tell you why. Stroke patients don't present with just stroke. Many times we run into situations where there is a tPA candidate but had a procedure, pregnant, menstruating, had a central line or hemodialysis etc. In the "Special tPA Situation" section, you will find extensive list of all situations you may encounter. It also comes with all the stroke scales and scores needed to run a stroke activation. Disclaimer: This application is intended for healthcare professionals only, not intended for use by the public. NIHSS Records

NIHSS Records App is used to help physicians record NIHSS scores and remind physicians to assess patients with NIHSS at a specific time. With NIHSS Records: • You can perform a NIHSS and other stroke scales conveniently. • You can set notifications to remind you to assess patients with NIHSS or other stroke scales. • You will get a score record with each performing and you can check these records any time. • You can save all stroke scale scores and patient information in your own iPhone, so you can easily review the details of stroke scale scores of the patients saved in your iPhone. • Multiple scores of the same scale performed on the same patient will be displayed in the same patient's information. You can easily review the changes of the scores. • All different stroke scale scores of the same patient are saved together, so you can easily review and compare the scores of different scales in the same patient. • Some commonly used stroke guidelines and tools, including: IV Alteplase Guidelines, IV Alteplase Eligibility Recommendations, Endovascular Treatment Guidelines and Alteplase Dosing Calculator.
