Continuous care When you begin the Meru Health program, your licensed Meru Health therapist is available via both scheduled face-to-face video sessions and unlimited, asynchronous chat. It’s support built around your life, not someone else’s schedule. Coaching option The continuous-care model applies to both Meru Health’s 12-week therapy program and our 8-week coaching option (see below), which is supported by certified behavioral health coaches. In-network Insurance Coverage Meru Health is covered by several health insurance providers and is a free employee benefit with some employers. Cost depends on individual plans, copays, and deductibles. But even the 12-week program is far cheaper than the average cost of 12 weeks of traditional therapy. Up to four face-to-face therapy sessions, via video call, plus unlimited support via in-app chat—all with a licensed therapist who will be with you for the duration of the program. 2. Guided in-app lessons and activities to help you recognize your emotions, move past negative thoughts, improve relationships, and the role of sleep and nutrition in mental health. 3.
