It also shows a number of different verbal temperature notations common to cooking and baking. You can convert between weight and volume for a wide range of ingredients, so rather than weigh your ingredients, you can measure their volume with measuring cups! Or convert from volume to weights, if you have no measuring cups but do have a scale handy! For convenience, also convert between degrees Celsius and Fahrenheit right within the app, as well as between all common imperial and metric units of weight and volume.
