The Brick provides the platform to allow management staff to communicate efficiently with residents, hence resolving issues in an effective manner. The Brick is a user-based system and requires login, thus only residents of the particular community are given access to the system.
With The Brick, management staff are able to perform efficiently and in turn, reduce the operating costs for the management office.

RESIDENTIAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
i-PjH provides a centralised platform for effective communication between Residents and Managements with features such as:
Key Collection - for residents to perform appointment booking in terms of Key Collection. Residents are allowed to book a slot, without having to go to the Management Office and submitting a form. Once the Management has responded to the appointment, residents will likewise receive an alert regarding the status updates.
Defect Report - provides a platform for residents to lodge a report regarding an incident or defect occurring within the neighbourhood, without having to go to the Management Office. Residents are likewise always kept updated with the latest status of the report.
