With a simple and user-friendly interface, troubleshooting field issues can be performed with ease from your mobile device. Downstream satellites will not function with this app unless they been independently set up to use Cloud Connect. Once the ProMax Connect app has been downloaded, call Technical Support at 800-777-1477 to set up login credentials.
