Wellwork is a secure and private app that focuses on the "well" part of your work life, whether in the office or when working remotely. It aims to help you just feel well every workday by offering you a set of mindful activities which reduce work-related anxiety, help you cope with work-related stress, and make you calmer and more productive in a natural and mindful way.
* Track work time *
Establish a check in-check out routine with Wellwork. This will give you a clear structure on when to start your workday and when to fully switch to rest. Clear boundaries and no overtime will improve your general well-being, make you more productive, and help you enjoy your work life more. You can also export your timesheets into a separate file for analysis.
* Set goals, write notes *
Having a clear plan for the day with a limited set of goals will help you focus on what is important and not spread your attention, while also bringing mindfulness to what you have achieved in a day or a week. Focused attention reduces anxiety and also makes you more productive along the way. You can also reflect on your day using guided prompts in the Notes space.
* Track water intake *
Stay hydrated by making sure you drink enough water. You can track your progress and set a daily goal for water intake in the app.
* Track caffeine *
Caffeine can be great in giving you a boost and helping you start your day. Too much caffeine, however, will increase your anxiety level, worsen your focus, and hurt your sleep. Track how much caffeine you intake within a day and stay within limits to get the best out of this energy chemical.
* Do breathing exercises *
By doing a mindful breathing exercise, you diverge your attention from thoughts by focusing on your body. This takes your mind “off”, which gives you a new perspective on stuff. Just like a short 1-minute vacation. You can also sync your mindful minutes with AppleHealth (Premium).
* Secure and private *
We do not collect information about you. All your data is stored either on your device or in your private iCloud space. We do not have access to it.
