What’s New The AS TAVR Medtronic App is updated with content from the 2020 ACC/AHA Guidelines. It also features an expanded Patient Education section, to aid in discussions with patients regarding aortic stenosis and TAVR as a treatment option. It goes in-depth to explain the heart valve clinic experience and TAVR procedure details, including video content. Using augmented reality, see the difference in blood flow of a severely diseased aortic valve treated with an Evolut™ TAVR platform, compared to an untreated severely calcified anatomy. Use this feature by pointing your mobile device camera to a flat surface to see a virtual model. The app also includes resources to support discussions with your patients.
